INQUIRY PRIVACY NOTICE · OCTOBER 6, 2026

Your discovery request

We use the information you submit to review your organizational needs and respond about a possible RWI engagement.

What you provide

Name, role, organization, email, organization type, service interest, workforce needs, and optional site count, sponsor, meeting windows, phone, and preferred contact method. Your consent and request reference are recorded with the submission date.

Storage and access

Submitted requests are stored in the website’s hosted inquiry records. The owner’s inquiry view requires sign-in and is restricted to Dr. Jonathean Reese’s designated account. Website hosting processes submissions and may maintain service or security logs. RWI may use your email or phone to respond; this is not a marketing subscription.

Keep sensitive records out of inquiries

Please do not submit youth identifiers, clinical records, staff assessment results, taxpayer identification numbers, financial account details, or other sensitive client or personnel information. Records needed for a contracted engagement are handled under separately agreed access and retention arrangements.

Corrections and removal

Contact jonathean@reactworkforceinstitute.org to request a correction, discuss access, or request removal of an inquiry. Information required for an engagement, applicable record obligations, or a dispute may need to be retained. The proposed inquiry retention period is two years, subject to applicable obligations and preservation holds. Engagement record access and retention are confirmed in the reviewed agreement before collection.

Meeting requests

A submission records interest and preferred meeting windows. It does not book a meeting, reserve a delivery date, charge you, or execute an agreement. RWI contacts you to agree on next steps. If submission fails, you can send the prepared inquiry by email.
